Delete Your ARSA Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your ARSA account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to delete your account

1. Open the ARSA app on your device
2. Go to Profile tab (bottom right)
3. Tap Settings
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What data is deleted

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
• Your car preferences and search history
• Your AI consultation history
• Your expert booking records
• Your favorite cars and comparisons
• Your support tickets
• Your uploaded documents

What data may be retained

• Payment transaction records (retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law)
• Anonymized usage analytics

If you're unable to delete your account through the app, contact us at support@arsacar.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we'll process it within 48 hours.
